We're so glad that you're ready to join the Danville Running & Fitness Club!  Please complete the following form and we'll get your membership started.

Along with your club membership dues be sure to include your name just as you enter it on this form.

Dues are $5.00 for students, $8.00 for adult individuals, and $12.00 for a family membership.
