Both trails have been marked,

Both trails have been marked, For the 5K, Start at the edge of Anglers Ridge parking lot at the yellow gates. Run up the gravel road apprx. 1/4 mile. Turn left up Gravity Hill. About 200 yds up the hill, near the top, Turn left and enter Little Pisgah. Follow the PINK 5K signs and the PINK flags tied to the trees. Keep eye out for direction arrows on signs. Run through the woods, crossing a few creeks and come out at the dirt road. Turn right and follow this to the Riverwalk Trail. At the corner of Riverwalk and the dirt road 5K runners will turn right to the parking lot and finish line. 10K runners will turn left  and run back up the dirt road approx. 1/4 mile and enter Crooked Stick directly ahead. Follow Crocked Stick ( It lives up to the name). This course is marked with ORANGE  10K signs and Orange flags tied to trees. Again pay attention to arrow directions. You will come back to Gravity Hill, near the 5K entrance point. Turn left and run down Gravity Hill until you get to the gravel road. Turn right and the finish line is approx. 1/4 mile ahead.  The course was marked with a Garmin GPS watch, so distance was judged by that . Any problems or concerns, Please feel free to reply or comment. The main thing is to have fun and BE CAREFUL.
