Madalyn Crowell is the Captain of the 2010 Cross Country Team at University of Mary Washington where she is a senior and 4 year member of the cross country team. Madalyn and her parents George and Gretchen Crowell are also members of the Danville Running & Fitness Club.

Lion's Roar Off Road Duathlon

10/16/2010 - 9:00am This is a run/bike/run trail duathlon. The run will be on the 2 mile Green Loop and the bike will be 6 miles on Crooked Stick. There is lots of single track and some streams to cross.
