Patriot Challenge Update
The July 4th Patriot Challenge trail race has been changed to a 5K only. There will still be a childrens fun run and a 5K walk, But the 10K portion of the trail run has been eliminated.I apologize if this causes any inconvience and I still hope to see everyone out at Anglers Park on the 4th. Entry forms are now being created and I hope to have them mailed out in the coming week.

Anglers Ridge Trail Work
SVMBA will be doing some trail work at Anglers ridge tomorrow morning at 8:00. A lot of runners enjoy the trails and may want to help out. Many hands makes for light work. We will do stuff like pruning back limbs that have overgrown the trail or bring a weed eater if you have one.

Trail work Anglers Ridge
Everyone,
A much needed work day is in order. We plan to meet at Anglers Ridge parking lot (boat ramp) at 8am and work till 12pm.
Please bring string trimmers and/or blowers. Long pants and long-sleeved t-shirts will be a wise choice as the poison ivy is a growin'. Don't forget bug/tick repellent as well.
We will have loppers and other tools for other trail issues that need attention.
