This is a challenging course on the beautiful Goodyear Golf Course cart paths.

The 34th Annual River City 5K raises money for area high school cross country teams. Each of the 4 Pittsylvania County schools and the 2 City of Danville high schools receive equal portions of the proceeds of this race. Over the years we have raised ove $25,000 for these schools to promote Cross Country running.
