Gretna 5K Race

This race is called the Southside's toughtest race. I have ran it and would agree it is one of the tougher races in the area, but when you start and finish at the same place you run down hill just as much as you run up hill. Of course the number of times you run up and down can make a difference. Check out the attachment for details.
