08/19/2013 - 6:00pm - 8:00pm The next club meeting will be on at 6pm on Monday, August 19th at the Danville Regional Airport. Light refreshments will be served and there will be a presentation and discussion on basic training principles. This will include training paces, phases, and how to write your own training plan.
